CIBTvisas is required to collect this information and send to the Government Authorities in order to successfully complete the process.
• Government Authorities, Visa Application Centers, Logistics and Application Support Companies, Invitation Providers and/or Translators/Solicitors are often located outside the EU region. When this is the case, it is necessary for the information to be shared outside the EU in order to successfully complete the process. Many countries outside the EU do not have equivalent data privacy laws. We will use all reasonable care to maintain the confidentiality of such information transferred.
• If you withdraw consent, we will terminate any further processing of your information as soon as practicable and notify any third party to whom we have provided this information to cease any further processing. This will not result in any refund of fees paid to date.
